PrimeTime Epoxy LLC provides epoxy and epoxy floor coating services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Garage floor coatings
• Basement floor systems
• Commercial flooring solutions
• Decorative concrete coatings
• Concrete repair and preparation

3. Warranty Terms

Our warranty coverage includes:

• Lifetime Warranty: On all epoxy coating materials
• 5-Year Installation Warranty: Covers peeling, cracking, delamination
• Warranty Transfer: Transfers to new homeowners
• 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: Free callback service included

Warranty does not cover mechanical damage, abuse, negligence, improper maintenance, or acts of nature.

4. Payment Terms

• 25% deposit required upon contract signing
• 75% balance due upon completion of work
• Financing available with approved credit
• We accept cash, check, credit cards, and ACH transfers
• Referral program: $200 credit for successful referrals

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before scheduled installation with full deposit refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit deposit to cover material and scheduling costs.

6. Limitation of Liability

PrimeTime Epoxy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of PrimeTime Epoxy LLC and protected by copyright laws.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Transmit any harmful code or malware

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PrimeTime Epoxy LLC harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use.
